Summary: Wind River Family & Community Health Care is seeking applicants for the position of IT Technician . Wind River Family & Community Health Care provides ambulatory health care for the service population of the Wind River Reservation. The IT Technician serves as a member of the Information Technology Team, based at the Wind River Family & Community Health Care Center, located in Arapahoe, Wyoming, and falls under the direct supervision of the IT Supervisor.
The candidate helps to maintain the patient care, health statistical and finance information systems for the Wind River Family and Community Health Care clinics located in Arapahoe, Ethete and Riverton, Wyoming. Provides analysis of present and proposed information requirements. Evaluate and recommend new and innovative approaches to the programs delivery of information technology services. Deliver technical assistance in all aspects of Resource and Patient Management System installation, implementation and operation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Adding PCs and users to domain (Active Directory)
Adding printers
Installing required software onto PCs, and installation and/or repair of operating systems
PC software maintenance (removing malware, viruses,optimizing operating system)
Assisting users with Google Suite
Upgrading PCs, and repairing and/or replacing defective PCs and peripherals
Installing VoIP phones (Polycom) Adding lines to phone software (AltiGen)

Running and terminating, tracing and testing Cat5e Ethernet cable
Networking and security knowledge
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current and valid drivers’ license
Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening
Must be insurable: i.e. no DWUI convictions within the last five years
