Business Code

The Northern Arapaho Business Council has developed a
Business Code which allows individuals, businesses and companies to
become incorporated under Tribal Law as for-profit private companies.
Like other Tribal or State laws, the code sets out Simple rules and
procedures for forming a Limited Liability Company (LLC). 

Anyone can organize a business under the code. The Business Code is designed
to help tribal members and other individuals to form, own and control
their own private companies. The Arapaho Nation, with its sovereign
status and legislative authority, still maintains an excellent working
relationship with the County and State.
