Attention Senior Citizens

Most seniors usually don’t file a tax return and in order to receive the payment they will need to file this year. From what I have seen most of our seniors are freaked out, stressed, and confused to the information they have received from the IRS on what they need to do to file. Actually it is very easy and the IRS has set up a 1040A form with only a few lines that will need to be filled out for those who receive limited income such as Social Security Benefits, Veterans Disability Compensation, Disability Pension & Survivor Benefits, and Tier 1 Railroad benefits. I can assist our seniors aged 55& over with this. I work for both centers and will post information and signs at the centers. I will also set up hours to assist with the Tax returns. Times will be posted at each respective center and they can ask the head cooks for which days and times I will be available.
