N.A. Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for administering all human resource functions and programs for the Northern Arapaho Tribe. Our office is located in Ethete, WY.

 The Human Resources Department of the Northern Arapaho Tribe strives to reach maximum employment of the tribal members by identifying and posting job opportunities both inside and outside of the Tribal Government.

The Human Resources Department consists of three employees; David Friday, HR Manager; Rosie Trosper, Administrative Assistant, and April Guina, Communications Specialist.  Services are provided to approximately 350 employees in 55 programs.

The Human Resources Department is in service to administer the personnel system, to establish, develop, maintain and communicate Northern Arapaho Tribal policies and procedures. We provide fair and efficient human resources and services to the Northern Arapaho Tribe, its tribal members, departments, and employees.
